Capital Business Builder fills that gap. We deploy E3AI infrastructure: a constraint layer that wraps any frontier AI model so the output sounds like the client’s business, refuses what they would refuse, and only says what their sources can back.
The Product: E3AI Infrastructure
Three constraint layers, all enforced at runtime, before the AI generates a word.
A values charter, written in the client’s voice, that names what the AI is and is not permitted to do. Runtime hooks enforce it. An audit log records every flag.
Audience maps for every significant relationship: clients, colleagues, partners, suppliers, regulators. The AI detects who it is writing to and loads the right map before generating.
A three-tier retrieval corpus: the client’s own documents first, vetted secondaries second, frontier model fallback last. Structured refusal when no source backs the answer.

The primary target is GovCon SMBs: federal contractors who are required to document AI decision-making and need NIST AI RMF compliance mapping. E3AI was designed with this requirement built in. It is not an add-on; it is the product.

Investment Terms
This round uses revenue-based financing (RBF). No equity is exchanged. No board seats. The investor receives a percentage of gross revenue distributed quarterly until the terms are satisfied.
5% of gross revenue distributed quarterly until the investor has received 100% of principal back. No interest rate. No fixed repayment schedule. Payments scale with business performance.
After principal is fully returned, distributions continue at 3% of gross revenue until the investor reaches a 3x total return. The investment closes and revenue share terminates at that point.

Why Now

Regulation is arriving. Executive Order 14110 and expanding state-level AI rules are creating demand for AI audit trails. GovCon compliance requirements are already driving purchasing decisions.
