Watch AI work on your actual business in two weeks.
Not a demo. Not someone else’s workflow. Your process, your content, your result. The AI Sprint takes one high-repetition task from your operation and automates it end-to-end — visible and running by Week 2.

Two deliverables. Both useful.
The working automation
A real, functioning AI automation of the process we selected together. Runs on your documents, your client language, your actual workflow. By the end of Week 2, your team is using it.
Typical Sprint processes: proposal drafting, client onboarding packets, intake triage, meeting follow-up generation, performance report first drafts — any process that is high-repetition, currently done by a human, and has a clear output you can verify.
The gap analysis
A written briefing on exactly what the Sprint’s AI cannot do — because the three constraint layers aren’t built yet. Which audience types it can’t distinguish. Which claims it might fabricate because your documents haven’t been indexed. Which outputs still need a human in the loop because no one has defined the cost-of-mistake rules.
This document makes the decision about what comes next easy. Most Sprint clients read it within 24 hours and know whether they’re moving to the Foundation Build.
What the Sprint is not
The Sprint is proof, not infrastructure. The AI in the Sprint runs without enforcement hooks, without audience context, and without a grounded corpus. It can hallucinate. It uses a single generic voice regardless of who receives the output. There is no audit log. No hook fires before an action executes.
That’s by design. The Sprint is the proof-of-concept. The Foundation Build is what makes the AI trustworthy enough to put a client’s name on the output. We tell you this at the start of the engagement — the gap analysis tells you what it means for your specific deployment.
Who the Sprint is for
The Sprint is the right starting point if:
- You’ve heard about AI but haven’t seen it work on your own content
- You’re trying to identify which process to automate first and want a real test before committing to infrastructure
- You want a proof-of-concept your leadership team can see and evaluate before approving a larger engagement
- You’ve been quoted by AI vendors and want to know whether the investment makes sense before you commit
Already know you need constrained, client-facing AI infrastructure? Go directly to the Foundation Build. The Sprint credit still applies if you complete the Sprint first, but the Build is the right scope.
The Sprint engagement
Week 1 — Discovery and build
We identify the target process together, based on your AI Opportunity Map results or a direct intake conversation. I analyze your existing documents and build the automation logic. You answer about four hours of questions — no code, no technical work on your end.
Week 2 — Testing and delivery
The automation runs against real inputs from your business. We review the outputs together. I walk you through what changed, what the AI handles without a human, and what still requires review.
End of Week 2 — Handoff
You receive the working automation and the gap analysis. If you want to move to the Foundation Build within 90 days, $2,500 of the Sprint fee applies as a credit.
Investment
$12,500 flat.
50% at kickoff ($6,250). 50% at delivery ($6,250). No retainer. No ongoing fees. The automation is yours at delivery.

About the builder
Twenty-five years coaching service businesses across 76 industries. Not a tech vendor — a business coach who deploys AI.
AI agencies build tools. I build the judgment layer before the tool sees a word. That’s the difference between an output that sounds like you and an output that sounds like the internet.
Ready to see it work?
The Sprint discovery call is 30 minutes. By the end of it, you’ll know which process makes the most sense to automate first and what the two-week engagement would look like. No pitch. No pressure. A conversation about your workflow, a recommendation, and a clear decision point.
